The JHS Hard Drive is an all-new, fully modern offering that hasn't been 'based' on any classic model or old-school circuit, but simply goes harder and further than any JHS distortion that came before it. To achieve this lofty title, the Hard Drive harnesses step-style gain stages supported by a hard limiting circuit which is followed by a class AB amplifier section and an expanded EQ section. The Hard Drive was the final design to come from the pen of former JHS head technician Cliff Smith before he passed away in 2021. This edition has been given a tan paint-job.
