The Dunlop 423R114 is a set of no less than 36 picks, made of tortex and in a small teardrop shape with a sharp tip, allowing you to play with even more precision. Tortex is furthermore a popular material with many guitarists, not only thanks to its wear resistance but more so because of its 'memory', allowing the plectrum to 'adapt' a lot to your way of playing.
