This is essentially a dynamic threshold compressor with a lower noise floor and a threshold with fixed gain reduction and, using the three-way Threshold switch, this pedal can even be adjusted to match the output of your guitar or bass, while the cool multicoloured LED strip just above it displays the envelope level.
