Taking things a step further than the popular amPlug Series, Vox unveil their VGH range of amp-emulation loaded headphones that plug directly into your guitar and put pure Vox-grade sound directly in your ears. To engage the built-in amp, simply switch it on via the side mounted button, and to use the VGHs as a standard set of headphones, simply switch the amp off. This particularly model comes loaded with the iconic warmth and 'chiming' character of a Vox AC30 amplifier that can be further coloured up with chorus, reverb, or delay effects. The cable is long enough to play standing up, and the fitted ear-cushions provide snug comfort that withstands the test of long playing sessions. Since every EVH Series model uses an emulated valve circuit, you even get the authentic dynamic response of an amp able to calculate the impedance and efficiency of the instrument-plus-amplifier combo.
