This Gretsch Catalina Club Series shell set is a fine-looking and good-sounding shell set, in an attractive price range! The shells of this four-piece rock shell set are constructed from a total of seven layers of mahogany: a solid and widely used type of wood. Mahogany ensures a warm sound and optimal resonance of the shells. The kettles have bearing edges with a 30-degree angle and Catalina mini tensioning blocks. Unique to this kettle set, is that a 14 x 6.5 inch snare drum is included! The shells are fitted with single-layer Remo Gretsch drumheads. This shellset comes with a single tom holder, which can be attached to a cymbal stand.
